Mark Wignall - ProTrainer

The Mobile Physical Co. Director. With 15 years of training experience to draw from he has worked many clients ranging from dancers to corporate lawyers and the disabled with a goal to add variety and diversity to their exercise regimes while making it fun and challenging.

He specialises in weight gain, weight management and postural analysis and correction; also the creator of the FitText messaging system which offers bespoke nutritional support solutions to help clients outside of the gym environment.

Mark mentors the rest of his fitness team weekly to aspire them to be elite fitness professionals. He teaches the MPC objectives and core values so his team can offer a truly unique support service which is outstanding.

Uju Eze - ProTrainer

It is her passion for running that inspired her to take up a career in the fitness industry. So far she has run seven marathons and competed in countless other races and events.

She consistently builds and develops her repertoire of training methods in order to deliver the highest standard of health and fitness to her clients. With her enthusiasm and passion her aim is to motivate people, not only to change their bodies but to change their lives.

Uju’s passion is remarkble and was recruited by MPC in 201o, with her awesome skill set she has been an integral part of MPC ever since.  Her philosophy is not just about having a great body; it’s about having a great body that works!

Kyle Poleon – MPC Trainer

Kyle is an advanced REPS level 3 personal trainer. He has been pasionate by physical exercise from a young age, he enjoys all sports especially football and weightlifting and has over 7 years experience of training himself.

He strives to achieve his clients objectives by implementing a variety of challenging funtional training programs. He specializes in fat loss, sports specific, muscular growth, injury rehab and general health and wellbeing.

Kyle was recruited by MPC in the summer as his talent as a trainer is special, being able to work with anyone at any level of fitness with ease. This skill which he has aquired very early in his carreer has made him sucessful in changing the way his clients look and think.
