MPC Trainee [Probation]
Time frame: 1-3 months
Trainer is provided with:

MPC ProTrainer
Time frame: 6-12 Months
- Higher hourly rate per training session delivered
- Ongoing mentoring
- Corporate market exposure
- Insurance paid for at renewal date
- 1 Course offered annually
- Franchise opportunity after 1 year
MPC Franchisee Phase after 1 year:
Time frame: 8-12 Months+
- Structure and support
- Business management and identity
